The myth, dealt with first
The single most common misunderstanding we hear: 'If I buy a Saudi property, do I get a visa?' The answer is no. Buying property gives you ownership, rental income and full legal title. It does not grant a visa, residency or the right to live in the Kingdom, not even for a SAR 4m villa.
Residency and property are separate legal tracks in Saudi Arabia. The good news: there are real, official routes that connect them, and they are more accessible than most investors expect.

The route most property investors take
Company formation. Your own Saudi company, 100% foreign-owned, sponsors your investor iqama and can add your spouse and children. When Premium Residency is the better fit
If you want unrestricted entry, the right to work for any employer or no employer at all, and you visit often, Premium Residency is cleaner than a company. You do not need any visa to buy
A UK citizen can purchase, complete and register title entirely from the UK using power of attorney. Investors typically use a visit visa only for viewing trips, which we arrange around live listings. Do not let visa questions delay a purchase decision, and do not let anyone sell you property on the promise that it 'comes with residency'. It does not.
