1. Who we are

Vision Saudi is the UK gateway platform for Saudi Arabia property investment, operated by Loql.io Ltd ("we", "us"). We act as an information and introduction service. Property transactions are executed by NAL Lawyers, the in-house law firm of our partner Alsoliman Real Estate Company.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data, name, email, phone, submitted voluntarily via our enquiry and briefing forms.
  • Investment preferences, budget range, zones of interest, goals, as provided by you.
  • Usage data, anonymised analytics (pages visited, referral source) used to improve the platform.

We do not collect sensitive financial documents on this platform. KYC documentation is exchanged directly with NAL Lawyers under separate, secure arrangements.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange investor briefings.
  • To introduce you to NAL Lawyers for legal onboarding, where you request it.
  • To send relevant investment information, where you have consented to marketing.
  • To measure and improve platform performance.

4. Lawful basis

We process data under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (steps preparatory to a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) (consent, for marketing). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing

We share your contact details with NAL Lawyers and Alsoliman Real Estate only where necessary to progress your enquiry or transaction, and with service providers (email delivery, hosting) under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact unless a transaction relationship exists. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to meet legal and audit obligations.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email privacy@visionsaudi.com. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies plus anonymised analytics. No advertising trackers are used.
